Description

Complete Hacos/Awema/Aasted/Sollich moulding and packing line with :

1 x mould warming station

1 x Hacos Samfill depositor for the shell + shaking

1 x Sollich MSV 1500 kg/h tempering with buffer tank

1 x Hacos cooling vertical cabinet

1 x flexible Awema depositor for creams and plain chocolate with whole nuts. (used for 50 grs bars)

1 x Sollich MSV 1500 kg/h tempering with buffer tank

1 x Sollich MSV 750 kg/h tempering with buffer tank

1 x Aasted depositor for the cream or plain chocolate (used for 100-150 gr bars) – ribbon depositor.

1 x Hacos cooling vertical cabinet

1 x Hacos Samfill depositor for the bottom

1 x Hacos cooling vertical cabinet

1 x demoulding station – on plates

1 x robot to feed the wrapping machines 


Mould size : 550 x 175 mm

Dimensions with packaging area : approx 60 m x 6m

Capacity: up to 1000 kg/h (when making 100 grs bars)


Packaging

3 x SIG CK for 50 grs bars. Foil and paper. One stage

1 x SIG CKR - Foil and paper. One stage

1 x Sapal TD – (Foil with sealing and paper). Two stages. For 100 grs bars

1 x BFB overwrapper (3x 50grs bars in one pack)

1 x BFB 110 cartoning machine.
